Are you seeking some damn good yoga, clean and nutritious nourishment and right environment to heal yourself little?
Do you feel the need to break the daily grind?
Are you happy to be given little nudge and encouragement towards more pure living?

These retreats are all about you. Think genuine yoga, mindfulness and delicious nutritional food in beautiful and magical Ibiza. Add relaxing massage in the beginning of your week to help you relax into your journey, workshops and other fun activities with like minded people… Voila – you are on a Yoga Trip!

You will be practicing dynamic yoga with simple breath-work and mindfulness/meditation daily, there will be another practice or workshop during most days and plenty of time in between to explore and relax. The group will be selectively small to ensure personal attention. As the retreat progresses so does your asanas (postures) and strength. Our yoga teachers are highly experienced and all levels of yogis are catered for.

Our food is locally sourced, seasonal to ensure maximum nutrition and organic (or naturally grown as we like to call it). We work with local farmers and growers and as all food is cooked on site you will have the chance to peek into the kitchen when our chefs are making their magic.

There is plenty of time to explore the island, walk to the quaint Santa Eularia town, spend some quality time with your newly made friends at the villa, acquire that golden tan by our pool or on the beach, take extra time to relax and unwind, or head to the beautiful Ibiza Town. Or stray away to shake your booty in of the night time hot-spots, in the end of the day this is Ibiza and Yoga Trip is all about you!

And there will be many fabulous additions along the way!

All activities are, of course, totally optional. This is all about you, and your personal journey should be guided by you, and by you only, we will facilitate the trip and offer support along all the way.


Unwind, Renew & Breath at our beautiful Ibizan home

A warm welcome awaits you at our charming, rustic and authentic villa (finca in Spanish). As you approach the main house, first thing you see is stunning pink bougainvillaea, that covers our terrace area. This sets the style to the rest of the house, Sabina wood beams and large open fireplace in our living space ‘the heart of the house’ and our white washed walls with simple and comfortable furnishing.

The location is fantastic, on the quiet outskirts of Santa Eulalia, yes only short stroll away from this quaint seaside town and its beautiful beach. As we are located in quiet campo (countryside) area there are many options to take leisurely walks or bike rides in the surrounding roads, where you may see local farmers or olive pikers in their daily duties or the goats and sheep graze. We offer privacy and peace for you to be able to fully relax and recharge, yet you are only a short stroll away from the nearest cafe, bar or seaside and of course, the beach. You really do not need to feel isolated (but you can in the peace of our home) and car hire is not required unless you wish to explore the island further afield.

Our finca have extensive gardens with fruit trees, a beautifully maintained grass lawn, spa therapy room and it is set in two acres of woodlands. The large 12 x 6 meter swimming pool with terrace have plenty of sun beds and stunning Balinese parasols. We also have a vegetable garden next to our orchard with lemon and orange trees.

The heart of the house is a place for you to sit back and reflect, unwind, relax, also socialise, chat and laugh, make lasting memories and friendships that can last many moons after you have returned home.

6-nights Accommodation in our beautiful authentic Ibizan villa (shared or solo basis)

Lisa: Nutrition, Reiki & Energy Wellness

Lisa is a qualified Nutritionist who loves to share her knowledge of food and how it can enhance our wellbeing and life vitality on all areas of our lives. You hear her often say ‘Food is medicine’ and her passionate vision is to help us all ‘Love your body & love your life’

During our retreats Lisa will be cooking delicious hearty brunches and hosts nutrition talk and workshop so you can indulge in healthy eating and learn to make informative choices of the food you fuel your body with. You have the opportunity to experience how clean nutritious food affects your wellbeing during your time with us, and maybe implement some of this to your every day life.

Lisa is also a Reiki Practitioner and a Certified Energy 4 Life Wellness Coach which incorporates Energy Exercise, Energy Foods, Energy Balance and Energy Psychology.

Her infectious smile, friendly and open nature and true love for food make you want to learn more.

Lisa is helping us all feel the best we can and beam with energy! We are grateful to have her as part of our team for our Spring Clean, Easter Trip and other retreats throughout the season.

Katja founder & your host: Yoga and Reiki

I have been practising yoga since mid 90s’, first general classes, and since late 90’s Astanga and Hatha Flow. Yoga gives me great feeling of balance, connection & understanding of myself and sense the higher energies around us.

Having grown up in Finland where unity with nature is part of daily life, my adult life in London was missing this sense of connection, until yoga came to my life. My busy life in London started to feel like it was not fulfilling my life even I had interesting career in the City, so one day I just decided to stop and take some time to reflect and see what I really want from my life. I have been working my entire life in time demanding and self-sacrificial positions, some great fun and rewarding, some highly draining, I would not change a day as I learned a lot and grateful of every moment but I was seeking something different, more purposeful being for myself.

Summer 2014 brought me to Ibiza the first time, I decided to take my yoga deeper and qualified with Yoga Alliance to teach, since then I have set up my own boutique and yoga room on the island and year 2017 start to host wellness retreats in our Ibizan home. I am grateful to be able to share my life learning and guide others to help them to also find what ignites the spark. I truly believe that you can do what ever you want as long as you try and dedicate yourself to the matter.

It has been fun and highly challenging journey so far, and I am happy to tell you more about it when we meet. My teachers along my yoga path that has had greatest influence are Melanie Cooper and Petri Raisanen, both Ashtanga lineage, alongside many others and of course my students who teach me every day.

200 hrs Yoga Alliance qualified teacher, ITEC diplomas in Holistic Massage and Acupressure Massage, ITEC diploma in Stress Management and Reiki levels I and II

My yoga guidance connect you with your breath and movement and able you to have the opportunity to practise in safe and non judgemental environment. I teach Ashtanga influenced Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga, and my style is filled with little bit of sparkle and humour mixed in. I am also Reiki and massage therapy qualified. I teach currently private classes in London & Ibiza and founded CAN KATS boutique & yoga room spring 2015 to bring a little bit of OM to Cala Llonga and now excited and honoured to host Yoga Trip Ibiza retreats, share my life learning and have the opportunity to help you to find your spark!

We founded Yoga Trip retreats to offer damn good yoga and wellbeing breaks with fun and little life learning thrown in. Many yoga retreats can feel off balance, with too little learning or just too much to take in and we aim to get that balance right, so you can really feel at home from the moment you arrive and leave with long lasting glow and sparkle in your eyes.

Our retreat venues are selected due to their authentic and ‘feel at home’ style, we love a bit of nature around us but not too much isolation, balance is everything. Think non-judgemental, supportive environment where you can genuinely relax, let go of the everyday pressures and be looked after.

The yoga, fitness and wellbeing classes are thought by highly experienced teachers who have designed a journey of learning for each retreat, our groups are intensionally small so we can ensure personalised attention. Our holistic therapists are available to enhance your stay, skilled group of hand-selected specialists in their field. And our passionate chefs source amazing local foods and make nutritionally balanced magic in the kitchen for you to enjoy.

Our founder and host, Katja have interesting personal life path from London city ‘grind’ to wellness retreat founder, yoga teacher and holistic therapist. Her own journey with its up’s and down’s, her Nordic roots and intuitive nature helps people relax and open up.

You will be offered comprehensive schedule but don’t fear – there is plenty of free time to explore the island, have a siesta, relax in front of our fire place or by the pool, take a walk to the nearest beach or town, read, chat with others, laugh or just take a nap. Or indulge with additional therapies and treatments. All our activities are totally optional, this is your retreat and you do as much or as little as you wish.

And let’s not forget the magical Ibiza – this fascinating, hedonistic and beautiful Mediterranean island is perfect location for a Yoga Trip.
